Sequeira Enterprises, sells digital products.
Because digital products are delivered instantly or made accessible shortly after purchase, cancellations are generally not possible once the order is confirmed.
Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are generally not offered once the product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered, except in cases such as:
• duplicate payment,
• accidental multiple charges for the same order,
• technical issue preventing access to the purchased file,
• wrong file delivered due to our error.

Please include:
• your full name,
• purchase email address,
• order/payment reference,
• clear description of the issue.
Approved refund requests, if any, will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable time as per payment partner timelines.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where the product has already been successfully accessed or downloaded and no technical problem exists.
